Privacy Policy

When you fill out a quote form, we collect:

• Name, phone number, email address
• Job address (so we can quote and dispatch)
• Type of cleanout and any details you add about the job
• For property managers: how many properties you service
• For Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests: your company name and where to send the certificate

When you visit any page on the site, we automatically collect:

• Pages you viewed and how long you stayed
• The ad, search term, or referrer that brought you here
• Browser type, device, and approximate location (city-level)

This site collection happens through Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking — both rely on cookies set by Google's gtag script.

• To call or email you back with a quote — usually within one business hour during operating hours.
• To send a Certificate of Insurance to property managers and partners who request it.
• To measure which ads and pages turn into real jobs, so we know what works.
• To follow up on quotes that didn't convert (one or two emails maximum, with a clear unsubscribe).

We do not use your form info to retarget you with display ads.

The vendors below process data on our behalf so the site can function:

• Resend — sends quote-notification emails to our dispatcher.
• Airtable — stores your quote details so we can follow up.
• Google (Analytics + Ads) — analytics and conversion tracking only. Google receives what its gtag scripts collect (page views, conversion events). It does not receive your form fields.
• Vercel — hosts the website and processes basic request logs.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your form information with marketers, list brokers, or other third parties for their own use. We will share information when required by law (subpoena, court order) or if you ask us to (e.g., naming a specific certificate holder on a COI).

We use cookies set by Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking. These remember that you visited the site and whether you submitted a form, so we can measure which ads work. You can opt out at any time:

• Block third-party cookies in your browser settings.
• Adjust your Google Ads personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Email quotes@buzybros.com to:

• See what we have on file about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your record. We may retain job records that we're required by law or insurance to keep — most other records are removed within 12 months of last contact.
• Unsubscribe from follow-up emails (every email also has a one-click unsubscribe link).

California residents: under the CCPA, you have the same rights above plus the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Lead records and COI requests are retained for as long as needed to follow up and meet our business and legal obligations — typically 12 to 24 months from last contact. Closed-job records (where we completed a cleanout) are retained for up to 7 years for tax and insurance purposes.

Our services are for adults arranging cleanouts on real properties. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we'll delete it.

If we materially change how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will also be posted on the homepage for at least 14 days.
