What does it cost?
Most full-house cleanouts run $800–$2,500 depending on volume and access. Single-room jobs run $250–$600. We quote firm before we start. No surprises on the invoice.

Are you insured?
$300K general liability per occurrence with Next Insurance US Company. COI provided in 24 hours for property managers and attorneys who need it on file — request at /business/coi.
What do you take?
Furniture, appliances, household contents, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, light remodel debris. We don't haul construction debris (concrete, drywall, asbestos), hazardous chemicals, or biohazard.
Do you donate or recycle?
We pull obvious donations and drop at local nonprofits when condition allows. Metals get recycled. We don't currently provide certified landfill diversion reports.
Can I get an itemized inventory for an estate?
